The product generated for Soraluce is a configurator for all the machines offered by Soraluce. This software allows the user to configure a machine with all the existing options (in the thousands) with the security that the software will guide the user as it has all the knowhow of the technical office. All the options for their whole catalog is inside the software and Soraluce has the capability of modifying the system to introduce a new product family, a new option, and so forth, without the need of STT to intervene. On top of that, the software is able to create all the necessary documentation regarding the configured product (Quotation, costs, detailed information of the configured product and its elements…) All this documentation, once again, can be altered and modified by Soraluce autonomously. The software guides the user during the whole configuration of the product and all this is integrated at the CRM system of the client.
