The true power of software is demonstrated when subjected to the demands of large production volumes and complex distribution networks. In this regard, our Kitchen Designer was, for years, the cornerstone of the digitalisation strategy for two of the largest and most historically significant manufacturers in the Spanish sector: Xey Cocinas and Muebles de Cocina Fagor.
Although the market has evolved and these historical brands are no longer active, the technological milestones we achieved alongside them remain the best endorsement of our platform’s robustness, scalability, and power. If our software was capable of managing the operational complexity of these industrial giants, it is fully equipped to optimise any modern business today.
The Challenge of Large Distribution Networks
Both corporations operated highly complex product catalogues and managed hundreds of points of sale. They were confronted with the significant challenge of standardising commercial processes across all franchised stores while eliminating technical bottlenecks in direct communication with their large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Technological Milestones Achieved
The implementation of our configurator as their official design and ordering tool resolved these challenges, achieving operational results that remain the standard of excellence in our platform today:
- Highly Complex Catalogue Management: The entire range of modules, fittings, handles, and exclusive finishes from Fagor and Xey was digitalised and integrated into the programme. Stores had access to an infallible quoting system capable of processing thousands of references without a single pricing error.
- Mass Adoption at the Point of Sale: Despite the software’s immense scale, its intuitive interface allowed hundreds of decorators and sales representatives to adopt the tool quickly. They were able to generate high-quality 2D floor plans and 3D renders without the need for advanced technical knowledge.
- Direct B2B Connection (Store to Factory): This was the greatest qualitative leap and the ultimate litmus test for our system. Upon approval of a quote in the store, the order was sent electronically to the headquarters. The software automatically generated the manufacturing plans and the millimetric cutting lists, connecting directly with the factory’s Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery and completely eliminating human error in the transcription of measurements.
This technological legacy proves that our programme is not simply a basic drawing application, but a comprehensive industrial management ecosystem that has been put to the test in the most demanding furniture manufacturing scenarios in Europe.
